Conor outlines how a lack of awareness is causing a global Automotive skills shortage, which is particularly affecting the Autonomous Vehicles sector:
‘There is a universal engineering skills shortage. The engineering sector isn’t perceived as exciting as it once was: the ‘cool’ factor needs to appeal to the younger generation.
