As new research reveals that 8million autonomous vehicles will be delivered by 2025, the Automotive sector is experiencing increased demand for skilled engineers and technicians. ‘There is a universal engineering skills shortage. The engineering sector isn’t perceived as exciting as it once was: the ‘cool’ factor needs to appeal to the younger generation.
