The Coronavirus pandemic has caused unprecedented levels of devastation to workers and businesses around the world and with various travel restrictions across the globe, VHR are here to help. We are currently working hard, pairing up a variety of technical jobs with Engineers in over 56 countries worldwide.
When speaking with candidates we have found a common problem that keeps occurring. It is that they are stuck in certain countries, when their contract work has ended/ending, or they have been let go early, and are unable to get home due to the various travel restrictions and quarantines. When talking to clients, we have also found a similar problem. They cannot get the workers in to these locations to fill the positions.

VHR's ELF campaign was created in order to help fix this problem. ‘The Engineer Locator Form’ is a form that engineers need to fill out providing their job title, cv, type ratings & location in order for our recruitment specialists to then match it with the various roles our clients are struggling to place.
