VHR is delighted that announce that we have been shortlisted for the TIARA MENA 2022 Recruitment Awards in a fantastic five categories.

VHR looks forward to attending the finals at this year’s Talint International Annual Recruitment Awards (TIARAs) from Talint Partners, the organisation formerly known as Recruitment International.

We have been shortlisted for the following categories:

The Specialist Contract Recruitment Company of the Year - This award recognises market leaders in a specialist sector who can demonstrate the greatest depth of knowledge, best growth and differentiation from competitors.
The Contract Recruitment Company of the Year - This award recognises excellence, innovation and growth in sourcing, placing and supporting temporary and contingent talent.
The Best Recruitment Company to Work For - This award recognises employers of choice in recruitment and talent solutions who can demonstrate innovation and impact in their attraction, induction, development, and retention of talent.
The Client Service Award - This award recognises excellence and collaboration in client delivery, celebrating those winning support and recognition across their client base for dependable, timely results.
 
The Leader of the Year Award - This award recognises a visionary leader who has achieved exceptional growth, pioneered transformational improvement – in their business or industry – and inspired the highest levels of engagement and performance from their people.

VHR’s CEO Danny Brooks was previously named TIARA’s Entrepreneur of the Year in the 2019 awards. In the Entrepreneur of the Year category, TIARA judges were impressed with Danny’s inspirational story, overcoming several obstacles to lead a strong business and energising his team to drive growth. VHR were also named Best Construction & Engineering Recruitment Company in 2020 which was followed by winning Best Technical, Construction & Engineering Recruitment Company 2021.

VHR was started in 2003 to provide an ethical recruitment company that worked in partnership with clients and benefited businesses, workers, and communities. VHR grew to 90 employees pre covid, working across 52 countries from 7 global offices, and a £35million turnover. We now have 45 employees’, building back better and are focused on growing again with multiple key hires made this year.

The TIARA Awards follow previous recognition for VHR, with awards including:

IoD Awards– Danny was selected as International Director of the Year by the Institute of Directors in the 2020 IoD Awards with Paul Robinson, VHR’s CEO, claiming the title the year before and after in 2021.
Global Recruiter Awards– In 2021 VHR won a Recruiter award for Best In-House Training.
Queen’s New Year’s Honours List MBE – Last January, VHR’s CEO Danny Brooks was awarded an MBE for his services to International Trade.
