VHR Shortlisted for 2 Global Recruiter Awards 2022

VHR is delighted to announce that we have been named as Finalists in two categories of the Global Recruiter Awards UK 2022.

The Global Recruiter Awards is open to all businesses operating in the UK, regardless of office location or wider breadth of capability. The Global Recruiter Awards recognises the best of the best in the recruitment industry. The sixteen awards categories highlight business and individual excellence across all business sizes, leadership, sustainable and responsible business, economic growth, corporate leadership, and individual leadership.

The awards help promote talent, entrepreneurship, and drive across the UK to a national and global audience.

VHR are shortlisted for the following two Global Recruiter award categories:

Best Client Services

Best Innovation

This awards category was judged on the unique nature of innovation and what sets this apart from everything else in the market. Judges also looked at the impact upon the recruitment sector or process and the effectiveness/success of the new innovation.

This award recognises excellence in client service delivered by a UK headquartered recruitment company. Customer service is key to growing a successful recruitment business, but what does great customer service look like? The award looks at the client experience delivered by your business and why it is so special.

In addition to recruiting talent, VHR create talent where it does not exist. We travel across the globe to find unskilled workers, match them to bespoke training programmes developed alongside clients, and upskill workers to benefit clients and candidates.

VHR finds talent needed around the world when unavailable domestically. We source, recruit and onboard high-quality contract and permanent workers to short time scales, high volumes, and specific requirements. We are passionate about the industries where we operate, the career-enhancing support we provide and the people with whom we work whilst keeping ethics at the heart of our business.

Best Client Services

In this awards category the judges looked for evidence of innovative and unique client service delivery and a Service delivery created to match client, industry and/or sector demand.

VHR demonstrates real expertise in its markets with multinational companies on an international scale. We interview and recruit workers in multiple countries, and so employees across the eight offices speak more than 15 languages between them.

VHR is led by qualified former engineers together with recruitment industry professionals, which means clients are guaranteed industry expertise, technical understanding and service excellence.
