VHR Promotions: Norma Dysangco

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Norma Dysangco to Principal Delivery Executive.

Joining VHR in September 2014, Norma has played an integral role in supporting recruitment projects for UAE businesses over the past five years.

A Career in UAE Staffing Excellence

Norma has worked on a variety of major and business-critical projects to deliver high volumes of contractors and permanent executives into businesses across the Middle East. She has excelled in seamlessly managing and supporting multiple projects simultaneously, and providing exceptional communication and care for every client and candidate.

Norma has also spent time onsite with VHR’s client businesses, including a major international airline where she sourced and supported hundreds of contractors and managed all onboarding including visas, work permits, travel and accommodation. With the support of Norma and the VHR team, the airline soon selected VHR as its premier supplier of technical staff, and our long-term partnership now spans 13 years.

Norma’s key achievements also include:

Managing the day-to-day operations of 400 contractors
Sourcing and onboarding over 150 engineering staff in 12 months
Helping to drive the growth of the UAE office, which doubled in size in 2019.

Norma’s commitment, tenacity in the face of challenges and excellent relationship-building skills make her an asset to the team and a true example of VHR’s values.

Norma’s manager, Divisional Director of Middle East Recruitment Adrian Mansfield comments, ‘Norma is an absolute star. I have no doubt that she will continue to grow from strength to strength in her new role training and developing our new UAE-based recruiters, whilst still delivering excellent business development results (12 placements this month and counting!).
