VHR Promotions: Jonny Kramer

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Jonny Kramer to Divisional Director – Client Services.

Joining VHR in 2012, Jonny has been integral in supporting several of VHR’s largest clients, including European and global aircraft manufacturers and MROs.

A Successful Career in Aviation Recruitment

With over 12 years’ technical recruitment experience, Jonny has an extensive track record of establishing solid relationships within the global Aerospace & Aviation industry.

The Divisional Director title marks Jonny’s fifth promotion in almost 8 years at VHR. Jonny’s commitment to providing the best quality staffing services saw him named VHR’s Business Development Person of the Year in financial year 2016/2017, and he consistently ranks amongst the highest-achieving recruitment consultants in VHR’s monthly awards programme.

Jonny’s key achievements in the past few years include:

· Delivering over 800 contractors to Aviation businesses across 50 countries in 7 years

· Continuing to provide compliant solutions and excellent services to our European client businesses following the Brexit vote

· Driving VHR’s business growth across France and Germany

· Supporting VHR’s incorporations into Ireland, Germany, the Czech Republic and Cyprus.
