Created by experienced recruiter Danny Brooks in 2003, VHR was born of a desire to build a completely different kind of recruitment company, with ethics at the heart of the business. Our team of 90 employees originate from over 20 different nationalities and they collectively speak 24 languages, enabling us to work closely with business leaders and candidates around the world.
This category recognises professional services companies that provide exceptional services for their customers through innovation and investment.
VHR finds the talent needed around the world when not available domestically. We incorporate, register, work towards compliance and obtain labour licenses to provide high quality contract and permanent workers around the world. This has meant VHR investing significantly by incorporating in numerous geographies to offer innovative and compliant recruitment, payroll, and visa solutions. With expats representing 95% of the workforce and difficulty obtaining residence visas, UAE businesses face growth restrictions. Incorporated in the UAE as an On-Demand Labour Supply company, VHR can sponsor unlimited worker visas.
VHR source candidates and also arrange all onboarding and logistics – travelling to meet candidates in their home countries and personally transferring them to their new homes and work sites, organising accommodation, providing expert guidance on local tax and healthcare, and even collecting candidates from international airports at early mornings– to protect candidates from any situations that could leave them vulnerable, and ensure businesses receive the best quality services.

· IoD – Our Founder and CEO Danny Brooks was voted Global Director of the Year by the Institute of Directors (IoD) in 2018 and our COO Paul Robinson was named the IoD’s SME Director of the Year in 2019
