We have an exciting opportunity for Sales Assistants, Security Agents, Cabin Appearance and Ticketing Staff to join one of the world’s fastest growing airlines; we will be conducting interviews in Malaysia however successful candidates will be based in The Middle East.

About Your Job

Our prestigious client takes pride in delivering an unparalleled service to their passengers; successful applicants will therefore need to be confident in delivering a warm, positive, and professional customer service throughout their role. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Making new travel reservations
Making changes to existing travel reservations
Quoting correct fares & rules of carriage
Issuance/Re-Issuance of tickets
Processing Refunds
Offering best solutions to issues
Optimising Passenger Satisfaction
Supporting E-Commerce and Frequent Flyer Program activities

Malaysia

Requirements

Successful candidates will be engaging & personable with an energetic personality and proven communication skills:

High School qualified with a minimum of 3-years experience in a relevant field (e.g. travel agent/airline reservations)

OR

University graduate with 2 years of experience within travel agency/airline reservations

Previous experience in reservations/ticketing ideal
Experience/Knowledge of Amadeus reservation programme ideal but not essential
Must be fluent in English

Malaysia

Working hours

This position is full-time and staff will be expected to work 8-hour shifts inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Flexibility is essential.

Package

Our client is offering a competitive monthly salary package of 4142MYR per month, your accommodation would be provided.
