VHR Changes To Hybrid Working

VHR has now changed our working routine to incorporate hybrid working. This will be continuing indefinitely as has been a proven success with our employees.

Hybrid working has become an increasingly popular method of working as a result of the global COVID-19 pandemic. The hybrid working model involves working employees working both remotely from home and working from one of VHR’s seven offices.

VHR’s New Working Schedule:

VHR’s employees took part in an anonymous survey earlier this year where they were asked a series of questions regarding their working hours/location. VHR puts employee feedback at the forefront of our internal strategy and a happy workplace results in a positive working atmosphere and high performance from all teams. VHR already has a variety of benefits for our employees and is always looking for ways to improve. Hybrid working will be added to this list of VHR’s perks.

VHR’s staff are now required to be in the office 3 days a week – ideally but not subject to attending the offices Tuesday-Thursday. This is to have company meetings, increase team morale and get the atmosphere back into the office after a year and various different lockdowns and isolations.
