The VHR Academy takes people with no recruitment experience and trains them into fully fledged recruitment consultants in just three months.
Since its inception, its helped train some of our best team members, and is now in its third wave of applicants. Six brand new candidates are currently hard at work learning the skills they’ll need to be great recruiters.
