An office based, internal sales executive role, targeting recruitment businesses in the UK.
Due to some excellent growth and investment, our customer is looking to add two more Sales Executives to its growing teams. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual, offering great financial incentives and long term career development. As the chosen sales executive, you will be selling umbrella financial solutions into the recruitment industry, developing long term, rewarding relationships with valued customers.
Main Responsibilities as a sales executive will include:
- Supporting the Business Development Managers
- Booking appointments, eventually taking full ownership of sales
- Working autonomously as well as providing guidance and assistance to fellow team members
- Self-generate new business via introductions and social media networking
Desired experience and skills needed as a sales executive:
- Have experience in a sales or similar role
- Outstanding communication skills; have to ability to be confident, articulate and can demonstrate persuasive force
- Ability to work to targets
- Team player
- Ambitious and motivated
