VHR, on behalf of our client are looking for experienced CNC Turners on a permanent basis to join a fast growing and award-winning business in the Republic of Ireland.

The Client

Our client is a leading and innovative product development company producing rapid prototyping to industry specification with high quality manufacturing machinery based in the Republic of Ireland.

 

The Position

For the position of CNC Turner, you should have proven experience in a CNC Machine Shop environment with previous experience of programming, setting and operating CNC Lathes.

You will produce precision parts using a sliding-head lathe with sub spindle components.

 

Main Duties

  • CNC Turning with Fanuc and DMG Celos (Mitsubishi) Controls
    • Training on controls will be provided
  • Training on CAM will be provided
  • Batch sizes: small-medium + one-off
  • Industries: Aerospace, Automotive, Medical

 

Essential Requirements

  • 2 – 5 years CNC Turning experience on CNC Lathes
  • Experience using Sliding Head Lathes
  • Ability to understand engineering drawings.

You must have good knowledge of the machine shop and be able to work in a team as well as independently to ensure customer specifications are always met.

 

Remuneration

Basic salary: €29,000 - €32,000 per annum

Bonus: up to €10,000 per annum
