VHR Technical Recruitment are currently on the search for an Automotive Service Advisor to join one of our automotive clients based in Bristol.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a background in working in and around the automotive industry where your focus has been to assist the business in any of the following:
• Managing reception – Answering phone calls/emails and delivering exceptional customer service.
• An efficient approach to data entry and general admin work.
• Updating Spreadsheets
• Updating customers on pricing & job completions/ further work required.
• Liaising closely with the parts team for supply of parts to mobile engineers
• Liaising with customers the day before an appointment to check the appointment is still suitable.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Good automotive industry knowledge in order to best advice the customer base regarding what the business has to offer.
• Organizational skills will be a must as purchase orders from both staff and customers will be constant throughout your day, and to also stay on top of stock control.
• A good understanding of data entry software, I.e. Sage and customer service portals.
• A friendly cooperative manner as you will be faced with customers daily.
• A willingness to learn as with joining any new team!
